Do not endanger or hinder anyone. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"checklist__line-item\">\n<p><strong>2. signaling and running direction: <\/strong>Observe signals and instructions. Always run in the direction indicated. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"checklist__line\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. choice of lane: <\/strong>clean entry and exit protects the lane. Stick to right-hand traffic. In double or multiple lanes, the slow runner runs on the right.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"checklist__line\">\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"checklist__line-item\">\n<p><strong>4. overtaking: <\/strong>In single lanes, overtake to the left of the lane.
