​Buy cable car tickets online

Discounts with 1/2-Tax & GA (Swisspass), FVP and Swiss Card.
Junior Card & SBB travelcard and Bernese Oberland Regional Pass travel free of charge (excluding ski passes).
Dogs are transported free of charge.
No transportation of bikes/cycles (nature reserve).

  • Cable car fares single / return

    Groups and schools benefit from discounted group rates if 10 or more people purchase tickets at the same time. Pre-registration by 3 p.m. the day before is mandatory.

    From 04 July – 31 August the cable car runs until 18.00 hrs.
    Special offer: from 5.00 p.m. the return cable car ticket costs only CHF 10 (also valid for the extra descent at 9.00 p.m. on Friday & Saturday)

    • Deposit KeyCard CHF 5.00, with photo (photo taken directly at the ticket office)
    • The hiking pass is valid from 8 May to 31 October 2025, depending on the operating times of the participating mountain railways

    Valid in the five sub-areas of Elsigen-Metsch, Engstligenalp, Tschentenalp, Betelberg and the VogellisiBerg.
